ELCA's Spritual Gifts Inventory
Finding Your Spiritual Gifts Self-Assessment
In addition to the gift of faith in Jesus Christ, God has given each Christian special abilities which are to be used for unifying the body of Christ and building God's Kingdom. These abilities are called spiritual gifts, and they are received through baptism. Complete the spiritual gifts assessment developed by ELCA Evangelical Outreach and Congreational Mission to see if you have more or different gifts than you thought you had.!
Our church is part of the ELCA along with 10,000 other congregations and 4.2 million members. The ELCA is a community of faith that shares a passion for making positive changes in the world. Our faith is built around a strong belief in God as made known to us in Jesus Christ. Through worship, service, and education, we practice our faith, grow our relationship with God and experience God's grace in our lives

Athens Food 2 Kids provides free sacks of food to Clarke, Oconee and Barrow County school children who are at risk of going hungry over the weekend. While the public schools offer breakfast and lunch to the most impoverished students in our community, many of these same children do not have a reliable source of food over the weekend.

Relay For Life is a life-changing event that gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. At Relay, teams of people camp out at a local high school, park, or fairground and take turns walking or running around a track or path. Because cancer never sleeps, Relays are overnight events up to 24 hours in length. Relayers do not have to walk all night, but each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event.
Lutheran Disaster Response brings together the energy and efforts of Lutherans from around the country to respond to natural and human-caused disasters in the United States and its territories.
